Louise is a theologian with two decades of leadership experience across diverse sectors. A recognised national expert in digitalisation and AI applications, and passionate about how these technologies can shape society. Louise is also an experienced producer and moderator of conferences and discussions on these critical topics, making her a sought-after thought leader.
In 2022, Louise founded the #bättredelat initiative and has since become a recognized voice on social media, advocating for a more digital and sustainable society. She also mentors emerging leaders through the Women for Leaders program, contributing to the development of future female leadership.
Previously, Louise served as the Head of Collaboration and Innovation at the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SKR) and worked in organizational development for the City of Stockholm.
