Jonas Boutani Werner is the co-founder of Massvis and Fantastic Studios, a consultancy focused on innovation, organizational transformation, and strategic learning—simply put, making people smarter together.
With over 15 years of consulting experience, Jonas has collaborated with private, public, and civil society organizations worldwide, including Greenpeace International, Swedish government entities, and various creative agencies. His work emphasizes building capacity to tackle complex challenges.
Since 2021, Jonas has been dedicated to enhancing citizen engagement in sustainability through a project initiated by the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SKR). After 18 months of piloting in Umeå, the digital platform developed by Massvis is now prepared for broader implementation.
