An international city and systems strategist, with over 30 years’ experience in governance, urban smart tech, digital and data innovation, climate neutrality, sustainability at project development, city, regional and national scale. Major projects include advising cities in NetZeroCities, strategy engagement, innovation and thought leadership with the Scottish Government, EIT Urban Mobility, Scottish AI Alliance, the Irish Dept of Justice, UK FCDO, and OASC. Ed co-designed and delivered the governance and related assurance for the world’s first multi-agency sustainability assurance programme for the London 2012 Olympic Games Programme; as well as leading the development of climate change and sustainability strategies for 5 major Australasian cities.
